suggest you upgrade

Firewall
Issues
A common problem we've noticed lately is
with firewalls blocking ports 25 and 110 or
blocking your email client software. To
resolve this issue try disabling your firewall
(You'll need to consult the manual for your
firewall to do this). If this works please
contact the vendor for that software to resolve
the issue.
